Opportunities continue to grow for college grads. Since 1989, job growth for high school grads has declined (-14%) while job growth for Associate (41%) and Bachelor’s (82%) graduates climbs higher.
3. College graduates are happier & healthier

Research shows college grads are more likely to be employed, live longer, volunteer more, and less likely to divorce. Though a degree can’t guarantee happiness, it’s hard to argue with the numbers.
